- Buying Online: Please Note: Online merchants often require you to register a name and address to the prepaid Visa gift card, before it will be accepted for purchases online, yo avoid fraud. You can register your Prepaidgiftbalance Visa card with a billing address on the Prepaidgiftbalance.com website.
- Restaurants and Hotels: At a restaurants and hotels, the card’s balance must be equal to or higher than the bill + a 20% tip to avoid being declined.
- Gas Stations: Prepaidgiftbalance gift cards are often declined at gas pumps. We recommend paying for gas inside the kiosk.

My Prepaidgiftbalance was Declined. What can I do?
If your card is declined, then call the Prepaidgiftbalance customer service phone number on the back of the card to resolve the issue. The Prepaidgiftbalance card activation phone number is: 1-833-263-4157.
We recommend adding your card to a Wallet, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal Wallet. You can also buya Amazon Gift Card or Apple gift card for the gift card amount on your Prepaidgiftbalance card, if you are having problems with your card getting declined.
TIP: Pay your utility bills or mobile phone company bills with your Prepaidgiftbalance gift card, as they accept the card even if it was declined by other vendors.
